I wish to thank Mayor Tom Zepecki and the City of South Milwaukee for their immediate actions to correct a water main leak problem. This quick action prevented any further problems from occuring. Thank you to the people who donated the bottled water given out in South Milwaukee. Oak Creek deserves thanks also for its part in this matter. This quick precise action in warning the people of the problem and then solving it, show great leadership in a community. As you know by now, the water is again safe to drink. Thank you to everyone involved with correcting this problem.
