The Common Council unanimously (5 to 0) approves the zoning change of Parcel 3767 East Underwood Ave from a base zoning of I-1 Institution District Zoning to RM-2 Multi-Family Residential District Zoning to facilitate redevelopment of the subject land to include uses most likely to occur at the subject location based on market conditions.
