Oconomowoc, WI. 53066
They have beautiful halls, great motel rooms for $70 night. If the weather is right you can ski down a bit or if Global Warming comes in, play golf.
This is the 12th annual Conference of Conservative Leaders and Activists held in Wisconsin. It is composed of Grass Roots Conservatives, Right to Life, Constitutional Leaders, Libertarians, 2nd amendment leaders, Tax Committees, Personal Freedoms People, Property Rights Leaders, Education activists, Evangelical Christians and many other activist leaders.
Over the last decade or so we have had the nation’s top Conservatives come, speak, and share their ideas. This year is a banner year as most of the major Conservative organizations plan to be here to forward their issues and ideas. We need to form coalitions with State Conservative leaders from the Tea party, NRA, Right to Life, taxpayers, Constitutional groups to work on such issues as: Obamacare, Common Core, Taxes, Personal freedoms, 2nd amendment, Education, transportation, violent crime, and other major issues...
This is where you can learn the tools, at the American Majority Campaign schools and meet the other leaders from around the state to form coalitions.
It is time for many Conservatives to get off their butts and to work on these issues.

As we all know Milwaukee has been named one of the ten most violent in the country. At present both the Mayor and the Police Chief have been silent on their plans to change this course that could destroy the city. Violence can spread out from the inner city. We all have a stake in working with Milwaukee to reduce violent crime. You cannot possibly grow a city if residents are racked by violence. This group will explore the ways to combat that crime through their efforts and experience.

1400 Common Core Summit Keynote: Joe Bast, President of Heartland Institute will outline the national and local problems with having the Feds involved with our local schools. All of the Federal involvements, Dept. of Education, "No Child left Behind", "Race to the Top" and Wisconsin DPI, have done little and probably have harmed the local efforts to educate our kids. We were more successful when we had one room schools.
1400 American Majority Campaign School, Matt Batzel and Kayla Gabrielese
This has two parts, standard campaign methods which also can be used in many business situations. A Social media presentation that will teach you how to effectively promote your issue, networking, advertising for issues and campaigns. Anyone wanting to run a campaign, work on an issue, and use for business should come to these programs.
1430 "Common Core Action Group: Karen Schroeder, Presiding. This group will entertain efforts to mobilize the students, parents, teachers, Conservatives, Libertarians, and Liberals to examine Common Core. CC is a federal program that is going to federalize education, removing the control of local schools and programs.
We have seen a constant degradation of our students’ accomplishments since the feds have become involved. Despite the billions of dollars spent on educrats at Dept. of Education, DPI, for No Child Left Behind and Race to the Top, we are slipping far behind other countries in language, reading, math and science. CC takes us on a path directly opposite of the world's successful programs.
It should be obvious by now that money spent on research, administration, subpar standards would be far better spent in the class rooms to train and hire topflight teachers.
